This wonderful fairy print is from a collection of fairies created by renowned author and artist Robert Kline of St. Augustine, Florida. The print is a lithograph reproduction of an original pencil and watercolor painting. It has been hand labeled and hand signed by Robert in pencil. All of the prints come with a 1/4″ foam backing and the 5″ x 7″, 8″ x 10″, 11″ x 14″ are matted so all you need is a frame and they are ready to hang on your wall! Each of the prints also comes with an excerpt from Robert’s upcoming novel The Faerie Diaries in which Sir Edmund Roberts describes in his journal the various faerie sightings that he encounters. Thus, you will receive the page from the novel describing the particular event in which the character in the print is sighted. The following is a hint of what was written for this print:
Both Sir Edmund’s notebook and the diary of Lady S. mark the occasion as the lowest point of their long and tumultuous relationship. Homicide or worse was avoided when they noticed that to the right of their point of combat was the sixth faerie they were to sight. Sir Edmund rubbed his nose gingerly while sneering secretly at his lady companion and then attempted to assuage his wounded ego. “Now there is a striking fellow!” he boasted. “No mamby-pamby female that! Why any fool can see the attributes that proclaim the dominance of the male species. Handsome indeed! Just you have a little look at that muscle tone. Observe the fluid grace with which he carries himself! Solid chap! A bit small, but surely adequate! Here, here! Makes one proud to be a man! Sir Edmund’s notebook records: Saved from the clutches of my overzealous female companion by our sixth faerie sighting! He was positively stunning. Spectacularly divine! Most engaging behavior! Best of spirits – - – positively gay!
